9-Figure Commercial Litigation Trial Victory
We won a jury verdict for DISH Wireless in a contract dispute concerning tens of thousands of cell tower sites nationwide, in a case worth hundreds of millions of dollars. The judge told the jury that the trial was the “best-lawyered” trial of her career.
Industry-Changing Antitrust Litigation
Representing a Power Four conference, we are playing a key role in seeking a resolution that will reshape college sports and student-athlete benefits. We continue to represent the conference in antitrust cases across the country brought by student-athletes against the NCAA and its member conferences.
Product Liability Trial Win
We won a defense jury verdict as co-counsel for Toyota in a $33 million product liability case. The plaintiff claimed a Toyota vehicle involved in a rollover injury accident was defective. Toyota’s proven commitment to vehicle safety prevailed.
High-Stakes Appellate Win
We won a $50 million Colorado Supreme Court victory for Denver International Airport, overturning adverse bench trial and lower appellate court opinions and creating precedent that prohibits putative plaintiffs from using delay tactics to gain an unfair advantage in litigation.
